Theft/Shoplifting

At 8:57 pm on September 1st Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Zellers mall located at 670 University Avenue.  Security reported a female left the store with stolen merchandise from various stores.  Security lost sight of the female as she enter the walking trail that is located east of the mall. Police searched surrounding area of the trail. As result a 31 year old female was located by Police and arrested for Theft under $5000. All the stolen merchandise was recovered.
