Man Charged With Violating Court Order

Charlottetown Police Services received a call for service shortly after midnight Saturday morning regarding an individual violating an existing court order. Female complainant informed Police that accused male was on court order not to have any contact with her, and was currently in her backyard on Douglas St. Police arrive scene and arrested a 41 year old Charlottetown area male. Accused male was jailed at the Provincial Correctional Centre and will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
