How do I Pay a Summary Offence Ticket?

Summary Offence Tickets (SOT's)

If an amount is shown in the box marked in red on the face of the ticket your case can be settled out of court by:

• Signing the forms of PLEA OF GUILTY on the back of your ticket; and

• Making payment before the date for appearance shown on the face of you ticket.
  

SOT's can be paid by mail or in person at the Provincial\Youth Court at which at which you are required to appear to answer the charge.

Payment by Money Order or Cheque payable to "Provincial Court".
