Credit Card Fraud Alert

Charlottetown Police Services have received further complaints from the public regarding credit card fraud. Members of the public report receiving calls from an individual claiming to be associated with Windows Vista. Individual states he can fix victim's computer issues and dupes the victim into providing a credit card number. Charlottetown Police Services remind the public never to provide credit card numbers, or other personal information, under these circumstances and to report this type of fraudulent activity to the Police.
