Significant Cocaine Seizure

On Friday the 7th of April The Charlottetown Police Services Street Crime Unit executed three search warrants. As a result of these warrants three men are now facing charges of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. Accused individuals include a 59 year old York PE resident, a 39 year old North Wiltshire PE resident, and a 30 year old Pisquid PE resident.

Police have seized cocaine with a street value in excess of $500,000 as well as weapons, marijuana, oxycodone pills and other drug paraphernalia.

Charlottetown Police have issued a warrant of arrest for one of the suspects in this case, and are asking anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of 30 year old Glen Paul Steele, to contact the Charlottetown Police Service at 902-629-4172, or at Crime stoppers PEI at 1-800-222-8477; a photo of Mr. Steele can be viewed on the CPS website.
